ABOUT US
The Cardiff Junior Lawyers Division are a Committee of junior lawyers (ranging from students to qualified lawyers up to 5 years PQE). We are committed to engaging junior lawyers in events and networking, and to keep junior lawyers up to date with the latest updates, general news and local knowledge about training, vacancies, studying and other questions you may have.
 
We host various events throughout the year, to include collaboration events with other local or legal organisations. We cover a plethora of topics, including mental wellbeing, CVs, networking, and instructing Counsel.

We represent junior lawyers of up to five years post-qualification in the Cardiff and South East Wales area. This can include students, paralegals, trainee solicitors, CILEx lawyers, solicitors, and barristers.
We understand that the early stages of a career in law can be particularly demanding, so the support network of your local JLD can be both comforting and helpful. If you would like to simply network or make friends, learn more about your area of law, or seek advice outside of your current place of study/work, this can be invaluable.
